Online Catalogue
Products you see on our website can be ordered by phone during our regular business hours: M-F, 7am – 5pm, Mountain Time.  When placing your order, please make sure you have the item name, number, and credit card ready.  You may also fax your order 24/7 to: 970-245-1918.  Please include the item name, number, item description, color, size, and quantity of each item.  We will contact you with price and delivery/shipping options.  Please include your shipping address and timeline for the order, your contact information, and a phone number or email address, in case we have questions about your order.  Our Phone is 800-287-2808 or 970-242-4651.  Please have the above information ready when you call us.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship by the following carriers: UPS, FedEx, local and regional carriers.  Not all items can be shipped due to weight, size, or regulatory restrictions.  We will contact you by the next business day to confirm your order.
Expected Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping
Orders placed with Standard Shipping usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
2-3 Day Shipping
Orders placed with 2-3 Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:30 PM MT usually arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders placed with 2-3 Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:30 PM MT, or on weekends and holidays, usually arrive within 3 business days. A surcharge will be added to the standard shipping for this service.
Overnight Shipping
Orders placed with Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:30 PM MT usually arrive on the next business day. Orders placed with Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:30 PM MT, or on weekends and holidays, usually arrive within 2 business days. A surcharge will be added to the standard shipping for this service.
PO Boxes
Shipping to PO Boxes is not available
Shipping to an International address is not available.

Payment & Pricing
We accept credit card payments:  Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  Customers with a current signed credit agreement may place orders on account.  Contact us about setting up a credit account.  Click here for an application.
All of our pricing and specifications are subject to change without notice. We’ll do our best to keep our website as up to date.  Applicable Sale Tax depends on state of residence and will be added to final order.

Warranty & Returns
Product Warranty
Our products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty.  Please call for more information.
Please call or e-mail us prior to sending any return.  We will provide shipping instructions at that time.
In general, ship your return package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. All items that are shipped to you in the original manufacturer’s packaging must be returned in the same packaging.  Once your return is received and processed, we will credit the card originally used or send you your requested exchange item.  A Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on outside of package.  Please make returns within 10 days after contacting us about the return.  A copy of original purchase receipt must accompany all returns.  Please note that a 15% Restocking Fee may apply to any non-warranty return.
Return Shipping Care
Inspect your order carefully upon receipt.  Any damage to your order during shipping must be reported immediately to the delivery service to make your claim.  Please also contact us at 800-287-2808 for further information as soon as possible.
